I recognize and fully respect the importance of preserving the privacy of my subscribers, customers and people choosing to make contact with me.

For this reason, I will never knowingly do anything to compromise the integrity of any personal information you share with me.

I do not store any personal details of subscribers or customers in either hard copy or on my own computer equipment.

Subscribers to my e-mail list are protected by an industry standard double opt-in to ensure no-one else can subscribe you without your knowledge.

These details are then stored on the secure servers of my chosen auto responder service provider and not with me.

All subscribers are free to unsubscribe at any time and there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every mail you receive from me. I personally remove people that unsubscribe from my active subscriber data base.

In the unlikely event that you inadvertently continue to receive unwanted communication from me, please contact me here so that I can immediately rectify the situation. Please understand this would certainly never be my intention.

All customers of mine make payment using PayPal which provides industry-leading security and encryption technology and data protection standards.

Partner agencies that facilitate subscriber, membership or payment services are bound by contractual agreement to keep your data private and secure.

I do not, under any circumstances, store personal data on any of my own servers, computers, devices, hard copy or otherwise, unless by prior mutual consent with people that choose to contact me directly.

I am totally committed to the protection of the privacy of all individuals and am vehemently opposed to spam or to the abuse or misuse of any information collected, under any circumstances. This means I will not sell, share or trade your contact details.

I do however reserve the right to facilitate access or disclose personal data in order to protect the legal rights of myself, customers, partner agencies, or the public.
